Those who know me also remember that I had to leave Chicago because of my dad's job and come to Italy for two years. Yes,I was crying like a baby for months after leaving! Crazy! Since I had a hard time adapting to a new life,not knowing much Italian, and had difficulty finding a job, I went to work in Malta (where my family is cuz mom's Maltese)for three months. Then came back and met my husband Marco,constructer.He has his own business and works with his other 2 brothers and his father. We have been married for 13 years. No kids for now (yeah,getting older not younger VIV!!!)Never was one who said I wanted kids.We are happy like this..but who knows. Work? Nothing much really. Taught English at Berlitz for a couple of years and then went right into babysitting. Ironic huh? No kids but a babysitter? Yes i know, I'm weird. I live in the country side about half an hour from downtown. Pigs, chickens,cows,etc. farm life. We make our own wine and oil. Yum!!!! My parents now live in Malta since my dad retired and my brother (whoever remembers my bro) lives in Miami. So, practically I really don't have much of my family near me, but I go to Malta twice a year to visit.
